Cancellation policy:

We must receive all conference fees in full before the event. Cancellations, in writing, must be received at least 10 working days before the event; fees will not be refunded after that time. By submitting your registration form you are ‘registering’ for the conference and are therefore subject to these conditions. Substitutions may be made at any time if advised in writing.

Once registered, you will receive a confirmation email within 1 working day from a member of the Summit Events team. Should you not receive an email, please contact us.
