What's it all about?

Now in its 20th year the Summit is a small, targeted networking event with a reputation for the high-calibre of its participants. We facilitate a unique networking environment where new relationships and meaningful dialogue take place.

To ensure the quality of the Summit, delegate places are by invitation only and limited to a maximum of 65.

Logistics

  • There is no charge for delegates (HRDs and budget holders) to attend the Summit
  • All participants will stay at the Marriott Brussels; we cover the cost of 2 nights' accommodation, all meals and refreshments
  • We cover travel costs (to a maximum of £150); where possible, we also organise transfers
  • The Summit will open on Wednesday afternoon 9 October and end at 16:15 on Friday 11 October
  • To be accepted as a delegate at the Human Resource Summit, the following requirements apply:  

    • You must be a main HR decision maker for your organisation 

    You must personally control a significant HR budget

    This level of budget will normally relate to employee numbers in excess of 500

    What's involved in a Summit?

    Once booked onto the event, you will be asked to provide more in-depth details of your organisation and your role and responsibilities. 

    You will also receive a user name and password giving you access to the secure Summit portal, where you will find much more information about the other participants, both delegates and suppliers. 

    As the event approaches, you will be able to -

    • review the supplier offerings
    • choose those you wish to meet during the Summit
    • prioritise the strategy groups you wish to attend
    • generally ensure that your time at the Summit is well-prepared and therefore well-spent!
