What sets us apart...  

Qualified audience. We make it clear to all delegates that  the Summit is NOT a conference and that most of their time will be spent in one-on-one meetings with suppliers. In turn we reassure them these meetings are not randomly made and both parties are involved in the pre-selection process to ensure there is a match. We want the event to be a good use of everyone's time. 

Commitment. All delegates sign a contact. They confirm in writing their budget, job title and staff numbers. If they have to withdraw and are unable to nominate a suitable replacement, i.e. similar budget and responsibilities, they will face a £2000 cancellation fee.  

Smaller. Because of the way we qualify our delegates we are a much smaller event in comparison with our competitors. Because of this the atmosphere is very relaxed and friendly and not a hard sell environment. Our suppliers find this leads to longer lasting and in turn more profitable business relationships.  

Abroad. Holding the Summit overseas allows the delegates to focus on the event, without distractions, therefore ensuring networking opportunities are maximised. The location and hotel are 1st class, networking in a such a pleasant environment means the buyers are more receptive.

Flexibility. You can choose the way you network with your chosen delegates, by requesting either a 1:1 or mealtime meeting. The Summit selection process gives you the control - to make the choices that are right for you.

Support. Before the event we will arrange to meet with you, we will discuss delegate expectations, logistics and advise you how to maximise your time at the event. During the Summit we will always be on hand to ensure your time is well spent. We will do our best to make alterations to your schedule and/or facilitate extra meetings during the event.

We have been attending the Human Resources Summit for over 10 years. The organisers are highly professional, extremely helpful and will always go the extra mile in ensuring providers get the best value from their delegate meetings. However, there is one reason above all others that makes us keep coming back.
